Website Use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Accounts

When you create an MSA account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, guides, templates, and design — is the property of MSA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing an MSA digital resource grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that resource for your own purposes. It does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, publicly share, or create unauthorized derivative versions of the resource. Any rights you may have under applicable law are preserved.

Digital Products

Digital products include ebooks, guides, and other downloadable resources sold through the site. After your payment is confirmed, you receive access to the purchased resource via a download link or access page.

Canva / Template Access Products

Template products, such as the 200 Instagram Templates pack, provide access to Canva template collections. After your payment is confirmed, you receive access to the Canva links for the templates you purchased. You may customize the templates for your own brand and content. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files themselves.

Services

MSA services — such as Lead Foundation, Lead System, Brand Foundation, and Brand Build — are scoped and delivered as described on their respective pages. Service inquiries and submissions do not constitute a binding agreement until a service is confirmed and payment is completed where applicable.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. MSA does not store your full card details. Prices for digital products and services are as displayed on the site at the time of purchase.

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Ebooks are provided as downloadable PDF files. Template products are provided as Canva access links. You can also access your purchases from your MSA dashboard if you have an account.

Refunds and Cancellations

Digital products are generally non-refundable after access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where MSA determines that a refund is appropriate. For services, cancellation and refund terms depend on the stage of the project and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, publicly share, or create unauthorized derivative versions of MSA digital resources. You also agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or interfere with the site's operation.

Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Educational content is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or business advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content.
